I offer three basic plans although I am open to discuss a customised plan to suit your specific needs.  Full technical details are included below complete with links to describe what each thing means but for people new to Hosting I'll explain each plan in plain English first.

Starter

This is for the very small user who doesn't need much space and isn't interested in handling all the technical aspects of web upkeep.  It includes enough basic options to easily run most websites with room to spare.

Regular

A standard account with ample space to run fairly large sites.  It's perfectly suitable for the advanced home user or small business and includes enough of those extra features that relatively complex sites can be maintained.  It's perfectly suitable for online shops or as a large data storage for a home user.  You get a few email addresses and you are granted access to a control panel that lets you make use of powerful features including heaps of free easy to install software.  

Deluxe

Few users would come close to needing as much as this plan provides.  It offers ample space and options to run multiple sites all from the one plan, each connected to different Domain Names.  Or you could run just a couple of sites that had online video, high definition photo galleries etc.

Executive

Only really high end power users tend to have a need for this much space with this many options.  You get twice the space of the Deluxe plan as well as all the features.  You have the option of creating heaps of email addresses and databases allowing incredibly intricate websites to function with ease.  If you are looking to run a large business with multiple employees including shopping carts, calendars, appointments lists and heaps more then this plan might be just the thing.  It's also suitable for a home user who wants heaps of space to store media files for access anywhere.

Free Setup

No charge for any plan to have the server space set up for you.

FTP Access

Both domain and anonymous FTP access granted to all accounts to allow for rapid upload or download of web sites.

Visitor Statistics

A choice of tracking applications that allow you to see how often your site is being viewed, how they are finding you, where they entered from, where they left from and heaps more.  Most details can also be converted to easier to read graphs so you can see what does and does not work for your site.

Web Mail

Access your mail from anywhere with a web connection using your choice of three popular web mail programs.  

POP3 & IMAP email

Common protocols for all email programs are supported by these servers.

Free Spam Filtering
Reduce the spam to your mail box with Spam Assassin mail filtering.  Fully customisable but installed free with the most common settings all ready to protect your system.

PHP5, Perl5 and other Scripts

Most popular scripting methods are supported and regularly updated to ensure your sites run smoothly and securely.

Ruby/Ruby on Rails

The popular language Ruby is fully supported on all servers.

Frontpage Extensions

Extentions for Microsoft Frontpage can be installed free on all servers at your request.

Free Scripts and Applications

Included in all plans is a host of free applications that can be set up with the click of a button.  From eCommerce solutions through to photo galleries and blogs.  All ready to install.

Individual Control Panel

I use cPanel for all accounts.  cPanel is an easy to use interface that allows many high level functions to be done at the click of your mouse.  I use the latest version of cPanel which includes many popular features.

Linux Server OS

The servers are all Linux systems as I have found Linux to be fast and reliable.  It is regularly updated with the latest proven stable version.
